With thirty-four years of clinical experience, I offer an integrated approach to cardiovascular wellness through my Clear Stress, Clear Heart program. My journey began in anatomy and physical therapy, providing a strong foundation in neuromusculoskeletal health that expanded to include Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, yoga therapy, and Ayurvedic principles.
Stress profoundly impacts heart health, contributing to hypertension, arrhythmias, and even heart attacks. During my internship at the Heart Institute, I witnessed firsthand how stress accelerates cardiac disease, which fueled my mission to help others after losing family members to preventable heart conditions.
My comprehensive program focuses on four essential pillars: nutrition, stress management, sleep optimization, and tailored exercise protocols. Through functional medicine training, I identify root causes rather than just treating symptoms, using specialized techniques to calm the nervous system, optimize circulation, and restore the body’s natural healing capacity.
